- The strategy for the infrastructure brand is divided into three phases – the first phase involves the website set up; the second phase involves the social media marketing and the third phase (optional) involves Google Adwords specifically designed to promote industrial pre-engineered buildings.
- Under the first phase, we will use Squarespace to set up a fast, mobile friendly and secure FYI type infrastructure website. The website will be set up under two broad sections – Industrial and Residential. Under Industrial we will also highlight our specialized steel brand; and under residential we will highlight the realty brand. We will be placing the content provided under the Home, About Us, Services, Products and Contact Us section. The Squarespace hosting and template charges (if required) will be at actuals.
- In the second phase of marketing we will divide our marketing based on the target audience into residential and industrial. Under residential we will be posting regularly on Facebook and Instagram as per a content calendar.

- We will also be running lead Generation ads – divide into two; one half will look at residential customers based on location, purchasing power and interest categories; and the other ad will look at Industrial clients based on their membership of pre-determined groups. The leads (phone numbers) will be populated into a Google sheet.
- In the third phase we will set up a Google Adwords campign which will populate ads on Google search for terms like “Pre engineered buildings”. Customers will click through to our website (PPC) where they can fill out a form and convert as enquiries. We will also set up a Data Studio report to track these analytics in realtime.
