Influencer Marketing Strategy For A Real Estate Player
The plan of action for the real estate player involves the creation of organic word of mouth marketing and social media buzz through influencer marketing.
We’d select 15 Instagram influencers in the micro category from various niches. These would include things like Mommy Bloggers, Lifestyle Bloggers and so on.
These influencers would be brought to a section of the project (travel at actuals) to take part in an inspiration walk.
The influencers would create posts, reels and stories about their participation in the walk.
We’d have one of our team down for the event to co-ordinate with the influencers and direct the flow of content. We’d be responsible for influencer curation, negotiation from rack rates and collating reports.
