The strategy for the jewellery brand involves three phases - website redesign, website maintenance (optional), and digital marketing
Under the first phase of website redesign, we'd set up a premium theme for the website (billed at actuals) to overhaul the UI. The UI needs to project a design-first brand, with seamless structure andcontent to facilitate higher conversion rates. We'll also optimize through the various checkout processes by using a recording tool like Microsoft Clarity. This will help us optimize things like Payment, Shipping, Discounts, and Product Categories/tags. We will ensure the website is properly integrated with Google Merchant Centre, Search Console, and Facebook Shop

Once the website is at a stage where we can begin the marketing (the process should take approx. 14 days) we'll initiate the digital marketing side of things. We will set up a content calendar that will dictate the kind of posts that will go out on social media. We will take care of the design, content writing, and hashtag optimization through our in-house team. All content will be sent in advance and posted once required changes have been made. The content will be proof-read and checked against a branding document before sending it in for approval. The calendar will include things like the styles on offer, the quality of the products, the ease of shopping, and the testimonials from past customers/influencers. We will also set up quarterly influencer campaigns to have collaborations (billed at actuals) wherein we will have the influencer use the product, take pictures and tag our accounts - thereby building followers.
We will also be running ads (paid to Facebook) on Newsfeeds of target customers. These ads can be targeted based on Geo (North India, Canada) interest, age group, and gender. The purpose of the ads will be two-fold - to increase brand awareness and to drive visitors to the website thereby increasing conversions. We can use the Facebook Pixel to set up retargeting ads on social media. We will also handle response management on the pages.

We will be setting up Google Data Studio to track insights on the ad in real-time. Under the (optional) website maintenance service, we will take charge of updating products, discount codes, new feature and bug fixes for the Shopify website.
