The strategy for the residential projects company is based on moderated content creation towards brand building and advertising (paid marketing) towards bringing in enquiries.
We ’d set up a content calendar to create posts on Facebook and Instagram. Ideas for content would include things like the amenities surrounding the project, the “home” value of the locality and the quick access to loved ones.
We’d run ads on social media (Paid to Facebook and Google (Paid to Google) in order to increase the number of enquiries coming in to the website.
The ads on social media would be targeted based on people searching for similar units on Google; and located within the vicinity of the project.
The Ads on Google would be designed to appear to people searching for projects in the area; and who are currently located in the general vicinity of the project. We ’d also measure performance by using a Data Studio report.
