The development of the website will take three weeks from the finalization of the content (to be provided) and will require annual hosting and domain purchase at actuals.
Once the website is seup, we can move in to the next phase of social media marketing and social media advertising.
Under SMM, we will take care of creating content on the Facebook and Instagram pages set up. The content will centre around the benefits of layouts at Villpuram - investing in real estate and NRI purchases.

We will also take care of managing responses to queries on the page.
Regular content will enhance the efficacy of our advertising. We will be running SMA (paid to Facebook) to reach interested buyers of land located in Chennai.
Through lead ads, we will be able to get the phone numbers of the potential clients (150 per month) entered in a Google Sheet. We will also be setting up Data Studio reports to monitor the progress of the campaign.
