The strategy for the Gourmet Burger brand is divided into marketing consultation, ad handling and influencer marketing.
When it comes to marketing consultation. We ’d work with the internal design team to create a South Focussed content calendar - taking into account local tastes, festivals and customs.
We ’d then help them create nuanced content that can be published on the national page. Ideas for content would include celebrations of festivals common in the south of India, like Pongal, likening products to south Indian film stars, and riding off the local legends and traditions.
We ’d also (if required) create the ads needed for paid boosting (across platforms like Facebook and Instagram) with a local target audience and localized flavour
We ’d work with local influencers at the medium format level who have a certain premium audience to them and have them post either on barter or a cash + barter system about location openings, products and offers.
We ’d take charge of the logistics of the operation in consultation with the internal team in terms of product distribution and micro<1>payments; as well as insights consolidation.
We ’d be able to help with data and analytics about the South Operation in particular using Google Data Studio reporting.
