SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND ADVERTISING, AND GOOGLE AD STRATEGIES FOR A REAL ESTATE COMPANY
The strategy for the real estate company are social media marketing, social media advertising, Google Ads.
When it comes to social media marketing, we’d set up a content calendar which would govern the kinds of posts that would go out on Facebook, Instagram Google Business and LinkedIn. We’d use inputs from the brand and design the content in such a way so as to have maximum efficiency on ads. Ideas for content would include things like the facilities surrounding the land, testimonials from past customers, and types of land on offer (farm land, villa type and so on).
We’d also run social media ads (lead generation, paid to Facebook) wherein we’d target specific users who are interested in purchasing real estate (based on their browsing habits) and increase the engagement with our content, get CTA clicks (Call, Message or WhatsApp) and run lead generation ads through which we can get the contact details of prospective customers.
We’d run ads on Google (PPC, paid to Google) in order to appear on top in the “ads” section for keywords like “plots for sale in Mathuranthakam”. When these keywords are triggered by people in our select Geo, the ads would appear with contact information so that customers can convert as leads.
We’d also be setting up a Data Studio report which would be able to track all three areas of our digital marketing in one dashboard for management.
