CONTENT CREATION, NETWORK BUILDING, AND GROUP PARTICIPATION STRATEGIES FOR A SMALL FINANCE BANK
The strategy for personal branding is divided into content creation, network building and group participation.
When it comes to the content creation aspect of it, we ’d first spend sometime in building out the content on the profile itself. This includes Summary, Profile Cover and other details required to make the profile standout.
We’d then draw out a content plan of different types of content that we can post about on the profile. This would include infographics, motivational quotes, blog (pulse posts) and interactive posts.
Every week, we can also send out personalized connection requests to relevant LinkedIn members to build the network on the platform.
We can also cross-share the content created on relevant LinkedIn groups to position the profile as a thought leader in the network. Over time, we can graduate to more multi-media-centric content in the form of podcasts, videos and Live sessions.
