  1. The modus operandi for the partnership with an advertising agency would essentially involve us being an “outsourced, white-label” partner for influencer marketing.

  2. When a new client is assigned, we ’d be part of the strategizing phase, wherein we ’d decide the kinds of influencers who would be best suited for the requirement. This would be in terms of the budget, event type, deliverables from the influencers, and niche of the influencers.

  3. We’d ideate a novel concept for the campaign including things like gift boxes, personalized invites, and social media contests. We’d then execute through the approved list of influencers.

  4. We ’d handle the logistics of the transaction in terms of payment to the influencers, and other aspects associated with the transaction.

  5. We ’d also take charge of the reporting on the influencer marketing activity. In return for the mutual client, we would share a percentage of the handling fee with the referring agency.
