The strategy for the Naturoponic garden-fresh produce brand is divided into two - Shopify Website Finalization and Shopify Website Maintenance.
In the first part of Shopify Completion we will take stock of the new, custom Shopify Theme and list out the features that need to be modified/corrected/built in order to make the site usable for customers.
Since these features may be too many to numerate, we will adopt the model of providing One Full Time Resource, and One (or more) Shared Resource in order to execute the project and take the site live. Since the project needs to begin immediately, there will be an opportunity cost in the project kick-start.

During the time of taking the site live, our dev team would familiarize themselves with the Shopify Custom theme and other modifications that have been made to the website.
This will allow us to A) Normalize the cost of the resources over a three month period and B) provide ongoing support, feature upgrades and maintenance as a serice using the same resource-based model.
Our tech team, in conjunction with our in-house socila media and digital marketing team will deliver monthly technological upgrades and suggestions for the website and digital assets. These can be in terms of Shopify App Integrations (billed at actuals) or custom feature deployments based on current technological and marketing trends.
