  1. The strategy for the co-op housing project is based on leveraging the existing brand through social media and boosting leads through advertising (on social media and google).

  2. When it comes to the social media marketing side of things the objective here of the content plan is not to build brand per se, but rather to leverage existing brand and enhance the efficiency of the ads. To this end we’d post posts, stories and reels about the current project, the overview, the benefits of the investment and testimonials from past customers. The security of associating with the government would also be highlighted.

  3. When it comes to social media advertising (paid marketing) the dual objective here is to increase the engagement of the content; and drive leads through Lead Generation ads on Facebook (wherein we’d get the customers’ email address and phone number) by targeting potential land buyers and investors.

  4. When it comes to the Google ads side of things we’d run ads against search keywords like “Land for sale in Vepery” and direct them to the website wherein they can convert by calling us.

  5. We’d be able to set up a Data Studio report to track the performance of our ads across Facebook and Google in one single dashboard.
