Social Media Marketing Strategy For A Medical Care Company In India
The strategy for the medical billing/coding company based in India (servicing the US Market) is to smoothen the employee recruitment process by creating brand awareness on social media and updating the India centric website.
With regard to the employees we’re looking at two primary sets - the medical coders, and the entry level positions. When it comes to the coders we’re looking to LinkedIn as the platform of choice, and with regard to the entry level position we’re looking at Facebook (with a cross posting to Instagram).
The idea behind the content creation activity is to keep the pages active. For example if a festival like Holi is coming up then some hype content can be posted in advance. There are employee engagement activities being conducted and these can be edited and shared on social media.
With regard to the website, we’re looking at making a more India Centric Content strategy in the form of blogs so that employees can be more confident in the fact that we have a local approach.
In the second stage, we’re looking at running ads (paid to LinkedIn and Facebook) in order to show a high level of engagement on the page; so that prospective employees would be impressed. We can also set up a Data Studio report, which would track the progress of our organic content in real-time.
